Slicing, Dicing and Blanching

Valley Harvest Nut proudly presents many processing options. We produce three thicknesses of sliced product, many different dicing options, and blanched product as well. In addition to slicing, that machine is also capable of producing slivered and split almonds. These products are often used as ingredients by bakeries and food production facilities.

The process of blanching almonds removes the brown skin and leaves only the white kernel. Blanched almonds are processed by us into slices, slivers, splits and meal. We currently outsource our blanching process to a local family-operated company.
