GROWER PAYMENT POOL: Valley Harvest Nut Company sells almonds throughout the season and averages all sales at the end, arriving at a base price. Growers are paid on the following schedule:

| 4th Payment | April 30 | 15% |
| 5th Payment | June 30 | 15% |
| Final Payment | August 25 | 10% |
